Hi, I’m Rob—founder of T1 Media, lifelong creative, and proud Doberman owner (shoutout to Athena!). I’ve been behind the camera for over 20 years and absolutely love videography, photography, and bringing ideas to life through content. When I’m not filming or editing, you’ll probably find me at the piano or spending time with my family—both keep me grounded and inspired. T1 Media is my way of helping others look their best online, with content that’s professional, creative, and full of personality.

ADRIAN HOLBECHE – GRAPHIC DESIGN / MANAGER
Adrian has over 35 years experience. His early career was spent in London working at some of the top branding and identity agencies, including Henrion’s, Raymond Loewy’s and Interbrand. He has also been a visiting lecturer and an MD of a web agency prior to working with T1 Media.
His hands on approach is further exercised in his outside interests, which include a passion for stone carving, which he has been doing for over 20 years see instagram
DAVID ANDERS – WEB / GRAPHICS/ VIDEOGRAPHY
With over 30 years of experience as a graphic designer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, including EasyJet, B&Q, Oxfam, and British Gas.
My career has spanned print, digital, and branding projects, always with a focus on clear communication and creative impact. Outside of design, I have a passion for VW Transporters—whether it’s restoring, customising, or just hitting the road for a weekend adventure.

Hi, I’m Rob – the guy behind edits, filming and photography at T1 Media.
For the past 5 years, I’ve been capturing everything from high-energy live gigs and weddings to sharp, scroll-stopping promo content. Whether it’s a brand story or a big day, I bring a creative edge to every project.
When I’m not filming or editing, you’ll find me playing bass in This Fallen City or hacking my way out of the rough on the golf course. T1 Media is my way of turning passion into purpose—helping businesses bring their vision to life with a cinematic twist
NIKKI HIBBINS – MARKETING MANAGER

Asher is our 2nd videographer with over 10 years of filming experience and a sharp eye for detail. Deeply rooted in the music scene, he brings a creative edge to every shoot—whether it’s crafting promo videos, filming live performances, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments. Asher also heads up our event filming and livestreams, making sure every moment is captured with energy and style.
